8. What is the lead time?

The lead time is usually about 5-15 working days, which depends on specific products and the order situation of the factory.

9. How long is the product warranty? What should we do if there is a problem with the product during the warranty period?

The warranty is 12 months(excluding vr glasses). If there is a problem during the warranty period, we will provide the faulty parts for free.

Our payment method is usually T/T, 20%-30% advance payment, and the remaining balance should be paid off before shipment.

Each machine has specific space requirements. Our compact models require as little as 1.5–2㎡, while larger platforms may need 4–6㎡ or more. Installation guides are provided for every unit.

12. Can I set it up myself or do you provide installation support?

Some of our VR equipments are plug-and-play. However, for complex setups, we offer installation manuals, video guides, and remote support. Although generally, it’s not necessary for us to send our workers to the site for on – site installation guidance, we will still meet your requirement if you ask (you need to provide round – trip air tickets and hotel accommodation, and a subsidy of 100 – 150 US dollars per person per day is also required).
