As a long-term partner, one of our valued clients from Uzbekistan recently visited our Guangzhou arcade and amusement equipment manufacturing base together with a team of five. During the visit, they toured our showroom, experienced a variety of arcade machines and amusement attractions firsthand, and held detailed discussions with our team about the entertainment equipment planned for their next commercial project.
This visit was not only a factory inspection but also another important milestone in our ongoing cooperation.
From One Successful Project to Another
Our partnership with this client began with the development of their existing indoor family entertainment center.
The client owns a large shopping mall in Uzbekistan, where they operate a 3,000㎡ indoor entertainment center. The venue already includes a bumper car arena and a trampoline park. To further enrich the attraction mix and improve the overall visitor experience, they decided to add a custom indoor playground.
After carefully studying the existing layout, customer requirements, and available space, our design team created a custom-designed 1,500㎡ indoor playground that perfectly integrates with the current attractions while maximizing traffic flow and play value.
The client was highly satisfied with the final design.
Today, the indoor playground has already been manufactured, shipped, and has been on its way to Uzbekistan for more than half a month. It is expected to arrive soon, bringing an exciting new attraction to the entertainment center.
Planning the Next Generation Shopping Mall
While the current project is nearing completion, the client has already started investing in another large commercial development.
The new shopping mall is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in approximately one year.
Because of the trust built during our previous cooperation, the client invited us to participate in the planning stage of the new entertainment area from the very beginning.
Our design team has already completed the preliminary layout for the indoor amusement zone, which will occupy an entire floor of the new mall. The project includes a wide variety of attractions, such as:
- Arcade game machines
- Prize and redemption games
- Interactive amusement equipment
- VR attractions
- Family entertainment products
- Other commercial amusement solutions
With the overall layout already confirmed, this factory visit focused on selecting equipment models and discussing project details before production begins.
A Hands-On Factory Visit
During their visit, the client toured our production facilities and experienced many of our latest arcade and interactive entertainment machines in the showroom.
Rather than simply reviewing product catalogs, the client personally tested different machines, evaluated gameplay, discussed equipment combinations, and confirmed several design details with our engineers and sales team.
Experiencing the equipment firsthand helps customers better understand gameplay quality, machine durability, lighting effects, and overall user experience—important factors when building a successful family entertainment center.
The visit also gave both teams an opportunity to exchange ideas on market trends and discuss how to create a more engaging entertainment destination for local visitors.
