What is the lead time?
The lead time is usually about 5-15 working days, which depends on specific products and the order situation of the factory.
How do we install the VR equipment?
The package comes with an installation manual, and we will also send you an installation video. If you encounter any problems during the installation process, we also offer remote assistance to guide you through the installation. Although generally, it’s not necessary for us to send our workers to the site for on – site installation guidance, we will still meet your requirement if you ask (you need to provide round – trip air tickets and hotel accommodation, and a subsidy of 100 – 150 US dollars per person per day is also required).
How long is the product warranty? What should we do if there is a problem with the product during the warranty period?
The warranty is 12 months(excluding glasses). If there is a problem during the warranty period, we will provide the faulty parts for free.
What is the payment terms?
Our payment method is usually T/T, 20%-30% advance payment, and the remaining balance should be paid off before shipment.
